St. Julian of Auvergne (d. 304) was an officer of the Roman Army. He is also called "Julian of Brioude". He was originally from France but later moved to Auvergne when the persecutions of Christians started. Julian later surrendered to the authorities proclaiming his faith and was beheaded at Brioude.

St. Julian please pray for persecuted Christians around the world.
