St. Tarbula (d. 345) is also called as Tarba or Tarbo. She was a consecrated virgin. Tarbula was the sister of St. Simeon who was a bishop and martyr. Tarbula was accused of practicing witchcraft and of causing sickness to befall the wife of the ardently anti-Christian Persian king Shapur. Soon after Tarbula's brother, St. Simeon was martyred Tarbula was also brought to her death. King Shapur condemned and executed Tarbula by being sawed in half.

St. Tarbula please pray for us to stand united with our families in faith.
