St. Ezequiel Moreno y Díaz (1848 - 1906) was born in Alfacro, La Rioja, Spain and later on served as a missionary to the Philippines. He also became the Bishop of Pinara and later of Pasto, both in Colombia. His brother Julián Moreno, is also venerated as a Blessed because of his martyrdom in Motril.
St. Ezequiel please pray for all those who are suffering from cancer to be healed soon so that they can praise God in this life and the next.
