St. Agapitus (d. 258) was a deacon, and companion of Pope Sixtus II in death. He was with the pope when Emperor Valerian ordered persecutions and seized the Pope. Agapitus and five other deacons: Felicissimus, Januarius, Magnus, Stephen, and Vincent were martyred for the faith.

St. Agapitus please pray for us to have holy companions.
