Today we welcome in a new year 2021. Thank you dear heavenly Father for allowing us the grace to see the dawn of this new year. We understand that this year is going to have times of joy, sadness, love, anger and every other emotion. Please help us use these emotions to grow closer to you.

Solemnity of Mother Mary, Mother of God

Today we also celebrate the feast of Mother Mary as the Mother of God. It is a perfect day to celebrate this beautiful feast day, since we can learn from Mother Mary to say "Yes" to God from the very start of this year.

Let us be obedient to God's will this year and have the courage to say "Yes" to his will and his calling for us on a daily basis. Mother Mary pray for us.
