St. Hilary (d. 468) was mostly known to bring unity in the church. He was the Pope from 461 to 468. Pope St. Leo I the Great used to involve Hilary in many assignments and when Pope St. Leo died, Hilary was elected Pope. He worked extremely hard to strengthen the church in France and Spain by calling councils in 462 and 465. Hilary erected the chapel of St. John the Lateran and rebuilt several Roman churches. He consolidated the churches in Sandi, Africa, and Gaul.

St. Hilary pray for us to be doers of good work in the limited time we have on this earth.
