St. John of Ravenna (d. 494) was the bishop of Ravenna, Italy. Huns were a nomadic tribe and their ruler was Attila, often referred to as Attila the Hun. Attila the Hun was one of the most feared enemies of the western and eastern Roman empire. When Attila the Hun tried to invade Rome, St. John of Ravenna turned him away from the gates of Rome.

St. John of Ravenna please bless us to be able to protect your people by the little things we do on a daily basis.
