St. Raymond of Pennafort (1175 - 1275) was a very devote and bold Catholic teacher. He once went to the island of Majorca along with King James. King James showed a bad example with his promiscuous ways and when St. Raymond asked him to stop sinning the King said he would but did not keep his promise. St. Raymond told the King that he was going back to Spain. The King told that he would punish any of the captains who took St. Raymond to Spain. So St. Raymond put his cloak and tied up one corner of the cloak to a small stick and sailed miraculously. The King saw the miracle and became a true follower of St. Raymond.

St. Raymond help us to be bold to stand up for what is right and help us to be humble like you.
