St. Humilitas (1226 - 1310) was born in Faenza, Italy. She got married at the young age of fifteen and she had two children. Both of their children died in infancy. This shook the family and her husband became a monk after he recovered from a serious illness. Humilitas received the veil and lived in solitude. She was asked to found two Vallumbrosan convents (The Vallombrosians are a monastic religious order in the Catholic Church), which she later governed.

St. Humilitas please help this world see the love for children like you did.
