St. Benedict of Campania (d.550) was a hermit (living in solitude as a discipline). Benedict lived in the Campania region of Italy. Totila the Goth (King of the Ostrogoths) tried to kill Benedict by burning him up in flames. Benedict was miraculously saved from the flames of the fire of execution.

St. Benedict help us to be blessed to receive miracles in times of need like you did in the flames of execution.
