St. Felix of Rhuys (d. 1038) was born in Brittany, France. He was a benedictine abbot and hermit. He lived on Quessant Island all by himself as a hermit. Felix then joined the Benedictines at Flery, Saint Benoit sur Loire to become a monk and later rose to the level of an abbot (head of the monastery). He is also known to have restored the Rhuys Abbey.
St. Abbot help us to find peace in prayer and solitude.
