St. Paul Hanh (d. 1859) was a convert to Catholicism from Vietnam. Later Paul fell off from the faith and became a member of an outlaw band. He then came back into the faith but then the government of Vietnam captured him. He kept proclaiming the faith, which made the government angry and they punished him severely and tortured him. Paul did not stop proclaiming the faith, which ended up with him being beheaded. Paul became a Vietnamese martyr.
St. Paul pray for us to come back to the Lord, when we turn away from God.
